We are here to inform you about LSAT Results, The Law School Admission Council of the US (LSAC) announced the results of this year’s Law School Admission Test (LSAT) India in June. The exams were held on May. The LSAT results have been declared a week earlier to ensure smooth admission process and help colleagues and applicants.
The results are generally declared after 4 weeks of the exam. This time LSAT results are out early just to ensure smooth ongoing to the admission process. LSAT-India is a standardized exam benchmarked as an admission measure by multiple law across India.
It judges the skills that are considered necessary for success in law school. LSAT-India is specially created for admissions to in India by the LSAC. The LSAC has been helping law schools in various countries assess the critical thinking skills of their applicants for than 65 years.
There was a major increase in the number of applicants who applied this year with more than 6,000 candidates applying for LSAT-India.
The exam content is holistic, which means testing logical and analytical abilities as well as reading comprehension — essential skills and qualities for candidates who will train to become lawyers. But there are no questions designed to assess prior legal knowledge, mathematical knowledge, grammar or current affairs.
This makes it possible for candidates from any stream to succeed as long as they have the necessary aptitudes. Law schools including VIT Law School, Chennai, RGSOIPL, IIT Kharagpur, UPES Dehradun and Alliance University Law School, Bangalore, have been accepting LSAT-India scores for admissions.
