When applying for a Kisan credit card, farmers must provide full details of their old agricultural loan. If you do not provide the correct information about this, your Kisan credit card will be confiscated. Or the Kisan Credit Card (KCC) will not be issued. If you are a beneficiary of PM Kisan Yojana, you can also take out a loan at an affordable rate. The government also provides affordable loans to the beneficiaries of PM Kisan Yojana. This loan is available on Kisan credit cards made under Atmanirbhar Bharat Yojana. Because of this, farmers get loans on simple installments and low interest rates.
The Kisan credit card form can be found on the PM Kisan Yojana website, PMkisan.gov.in. There is a clear instruction in this that banks can give loans by only taking 3 documents. Process: Kisan Credit Card – KCC Update
To download the KCC form, first visit pmkisan.gov.in. The option to download KKC forms can be found on the right side of the Forms tab on the website. Print the form from here and send it to the nearest bank. Explain that the validity of the card has been maintained by the government for 5 years. Farmers get loans up to 3 lakh Rs at KCC. The interest rate on the loan is 9 percent, but the state provides a subsidy of 2 percent on KCC. Because of this, the farmer receives a loan from KCC at 7 percent interest. If the farmer repays the loan in advance, he also receives a discount of up to 3 percent on the interest rate. That is, the total interest rate on Kisan Kreditkort is only 4 percent.
