Fill Kerala Ration Card Scheme Application Form Through Akshaya Centers

• To apply through Akshaya Kendras, first of all, visit your nearest Akshay Center.
• Provide your application and attached documents to the authorized person at the Akshaya center.
• After doing so, the information given by you will be verified.
• You have to pay the fee for applying for the ration card.
• Now after the creation of the ration card, the card will be sent to you.
Kerala Ration Card Scheme application process (through TSO or DSO office)
• To apply through TSO or DSO office, first of all, you have to go to your nearest TSO or DSO office.
• Apply for a ration card and attach the relevant documents to the appointed officer after attaching them with the application form.
• After doing so, the information given by you will be verified.
• To apply for a ration card, you have to pay a fee of up to 5 rupees or fees to the officer.
• Your card will be provided to you after 15 days.

• First of all, you have to go to the online official website portal civilsupplieskerala.gov.in associated with this scheme.
• Now a new page will open in front of you in which you will have to click on the option of New Ration Card.
• Now the application will open in front of you. You have to fill all the information asked in the application form accurately and carefully.
• After that you have to click on the submit button.
• After submission, you have to open the website by entering the login ID and password.
• If your application is new, you will be given three options.
Issue of fresh ration card Noninclusion and Non-renewable certificate
• Click on the option you want to go to.
• Now you have to download and upload PDF of all important documents.
• Verify all the information asked in the application form once again.
• Take a printout of the application form and keep it with you for future needs.
• Now submit the application form along with your documents to any TCO center.
